Workshop with Martina

Martina Forster OT will be focusing on Memory in this workshop.

We will look at the process of forming a new memory, as well as the different forms of memory,  This will allow participants to identify where they may be having challenges with memory.

We will introduce internal and external strategies to help with memory and complete memory exercises with chunking, repetition and deep level connection.
