Join Brad H. for this amazing workshop! This workshop will consist of a short mediation session of approximately 3 – 5 minutes, immediately followed by a short writing session of 3 minutes. At the end of the writing session, participants will have the opportunity to share their writing with the group, however, the sharing of your work is not mandatory. Once everyone who wants to share their writing has done so, another round of meditation and writing can be done.
Please note that a previous experience of meditation, or writing, is not required!
This is a really fun way of gaining some truly healing insights.
