Location: CVHIS Activity Room or on ZOOM
Stretching can lead to greater range of motion, improved balance, and increased flexibility. Movements are adaptable, you can participate with the use of a chair for balance and support.
Yoga mats are available, but if you have one, we strongly encourage you to bring your own to class.
